Nancy K. Tracy

Nancy practices in the real estate section of Clawson & Staubes and focuses primarily on residential real estate transactions. Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education/French, magna cum laude, from Clemson University in 1989. She received her law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1994. While in law school, she was a member of the Order of the Wig and the Robe, a Research Editor of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, and a Legal Writing Instructor.

After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk in South Carolina Circuit Court for the Honorable John W. Kittredge in Greenville. She practiced in civil litigation in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation for three years in Greenville. Upon moving to the Myrtle Beach area with her family in 2000, she began her career in residential real estate. She has handled a high volume of transactions in law practices in Myrtle Beach, North Charleston, and West Ashley, as well as large, complex transactions in an office on Kiawah Island.

Nancy is a native of and currently resides in the West Ashley area with her husband, Larry and son, Ryan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling and walking
