Trevor handles litigation, primarly in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense. He has tried over 25 cases to verdict for individuals and corporations and represents local businesses, state agencies and major insurance carriers.
Trevor regularly provides coverage opinions regarding homeowners, auto, and business policies. He also handles auto, property and casualty and commercial general liability defense. In addition, his practice includes maritime and business matters.
Trevor teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the Charleston School of Law focusing primarily in the area of philosophy of law. A University of North Carolina graduate, Trevor graduated Cum Laude with Honors in Philosophy. He returned to the University of North Carolina for law school and was an executive member of the Moot Court Board. He also volunteered for student legal services while in law school.
Trevor enjoys hunting, fishing, and adventure. He lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Tracey and his dog “Cool Hand Luke.” When he finds spare time he enjoys working on his 1952 Chevy pickup, wood-working, and sailing.
