Tim joined Clawson and Staubes as an associate in 2008. He practices with the firm’s commercial law and bankruptcy team focusing in the area of creditors’ rights, with an emphasis on debt collection and judgment enforcement.
Although born and raised in Simsbury, Connecticut, Tim had always loved the south and finally moved to Charleston in 1994. After too many years in the food and beverage industry, Tim realized that the only career he would ever truly enjoy would be in the legal profession. After getting married in 2002, Tim balanced full time work and college schedules. Tim and his wife, Marcia, had two children before he completed law school. To this day, Tim believes that having children during the exhausting hours of law school is still easier than the rigors of working in a restaurant – though, he would probably not do it again.
Tim lives in West Ashley with his wife, Marcia, and his two children, Atticus and Hazel. He enjoys photography, watching anything sport related, and spending time with his family.
