Attorneys

Peggy practices in the areas of insurance defense and worker’s compensation defense. Following law school, Peggy clerked for The Honorable E.S. Swearingen, United States Magistrate Judge.  Peggy tries numerous cases each year throughout South Carolina. She appears before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission and in state courts representing individuals, employers, the self-insured, and insurance carriers.  Peggy is a member of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association and the Women Lawyers Association.

Peggy lives in Mt. Pleasant, plays tennis, and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Jack and Cassie.  She has completed two beginner’s distance triathlons and hopes to complete  one this year as well.
