Brittany practices in the area of civil litigation defending the interests of insurance carriers, individuals and businesses. She handles a variety of matters from products liability to transportation. Brittany has tried cases to juries throughout the state. Primarily focused on personal injury litigation, she was honored to be named a 2013 Rising Star in the area of Personal Injury Defense by Super Lawyers Magazine.
A College of Charleston alumna, Brittany remained in Charleston to attend law school. While attending the Charleston School of Law, she served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Board and received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Brittany remains actively involved with the Charleston School of Law and currently serves as Vice-President of the Alumni Association. Additionally, she was recently appointed to serve on the CLE Seminars and the Practice and Procedure Committees of the South Carolina Bar. Brittany is also committed to serving the Charleston Community. She is the Vice-Chairman of Fields to Families, a local non-profit that works with local farms to fight hunger by providing fresh produce to local food banks, shelters, churches and soup kitchens.
Raised a Tiger Fan in Columbia, South Carolina, Brittany appreciates a friendly competition. She is an avid tennis player, but enjoys the water whenever possible. Brittany resides in Mt. Pleasant with her adventurous Miniature Dachshund, Nabisco.
