Kristen Nichols Graduates Leadership Charleston

Clawson and Staubes attorney Kristen Nichols has graduated the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s 2011 Leadership Charleston. Leadership Charleston is comprised of rising business leaders from throughout the region and from diverse work backgrounds who learn about various issues impacting our region.
Kristen practices with the firm’s commercial law and bankruptcy team in Charleston, focusing on the area of creditors’ rights with an emphasis on debt collection and judgment enforcement. Kristen represents creditors, lenders, financial institutions, and the like throughout South Carolina in connection with these matters.
