On September 23, 2010, Clawson & Staubes attorney and member Jay McDonald will speak at the National Business Institute’s seminar entitled “Preparing and Trying the Personal Injury Case.” Jay will offer insight on issues such as “Building the Defense’s Case” and “Fundamental Trial Techniques for the Defense.”
Jay practices with the firm’s civil litigation group. His practice focuses on insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability. Jay is a Certified Mediator and member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
