Ron Jones Named Chairman-Elect of Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce

Clawson & Staubes, LLC Member Ron Jones has been named Chairman-Elect of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. Ron will take over as Chairman of the Charleston Chamber for the 2011-2012 term. Ron is also currently a member of the Board of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and is a charter member of Business Advocating Change Political Action Committee (BACPAC), serving as its Chairman from 2003 to 2005. Throughout the years, he has served on various executive committee positions and on numerous other committees and task forces of the Chamber.
Ron practices in the area of commercial law and bankruptcy, and is a certified specialist in bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law, receiving the specialist distinction from the South Carolina Supreme Court. He has also served on the South Carolina Specialization Committee for Bankruptcy and Debtor Creditor Law. Ron represents clients throughout South Carolina and North Carolina in connection with these matters.
