Clawson & Staubes Announces Election of Four New Partners
February 2nd, 2010Clawson & Staubes announced today that Barrett Brewer, G.P. Diminich, Andy Santaniello, and Peggy Urbanic have been elected partners of the firm.
Barrett Brewer practices with the firm’s Civil Litigation group in Charleston. His concentrations are in business law, contract law, real estate law, and personal injury. Mr. Brewer represents individuals, businesses, banks, lenders, and insurance companies in all South Carolina state and federal courts with respect to these matters.
G.P. Diminich practices with the firm’s Business, Taxation, and Estate Planning group in Charleston. He is a Certified Specialist in both Taxation Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law, and is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator. After obtaining his Masters in International Business and Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina, Mr. Diminich received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Diminich is a graduate of Leadership Charleston, a member of the East Cooper Rotary, and is involved in numerous professional associations.
Andy Santaniello practices with the firm’s Civil Litigation group in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Santaniello focuses his practice primarily in the areas of personal injury, insurance, and municipal law. He is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina and represents clients in both federal and state courts in these states.
Peggy Urbanic practices with the firm’s Civil Litigation group in Charleston. Ms. Urbanic concentrates her law practice primarily in the areas of insurance, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. She represents individuals, employers, and insurance carriers before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission.
